 ordance with the Town of St. Michaels meeting\nrules and procedures\, publ
 ic comments will be received one person at a\ntime at the beginning and en
 d of each meeting. The “Comments from\nthe Public” portion of the Comm
 ission agenda shall have a limited\ntime period as determined by the Commi
 ssioners. To be recognized\, a\nmember of the public should raise his or h
 er hand and wait to be\nrecognized by the President. Comments and question
 s should be kept\nbrief and to the point\, and be directed to the Presiden
