Commissioners of St. Michaels Budget Workshop followed by a Closed Session

The Commissioners of St. Michaels are in the process of developing their Fiscal Year 2024-25 Budget and will be holding budget workshops in the St. Michaels Boy Scout Cabin, 407 St. Mary's Square.

Following the Budget Workshop Open Session the COSM will vote to go into a Closed Session following the Working & Legislative Session, in order to vote to go into Closed Executive Session pursuant to Maryland Code, State Government Article, under the Open Meetings Act 3-305(b): (1) To discuss the appointment, employment, assignment, promotion, discipline, demotion, compensation, removal, resignation, or performance evaluation of appointees, employees, or officials over whom this public body has jurisdiction; any other personnel matter that affects one or more specific individuals. The Commissioners of St. Michaels (COSM) Closed Session Meeting is not open to the public.

The following tentative workshop dates have been reserved for this process.

Wednesday, March 5 from 5:00-7:00pm 
Monday, March 17 from 3:00-5:00pm
Wednesday, April 2 from 5:00-7:00pm

The budget workshops are open to the public. Those attending on Zoom will only be able to view the broadcast.
