Comprehensive Plan

The new Town of St. Michaels draft 2025 ten-year Comprehensive Plan is entering the final review and approval process. The Planning Commission finished their recommendations to the Town Commissioners. The Town Commissioners will conduct a workshop on the overall recommended new plan at their meeting on September 10, 2025, at 5PM in the St. Michaels Community Center. After that they will consider additional changes and schedule a final public hearing for plan adoption.
