The Town of St. Michaels Comprehensive Plan was adopted on April 22, 2026. Below is the final plan version. There are also previous mark-up copies posted to illustrate changes made to the plan throughout the process, as well as over 100 comments from the public and State agencies. All comments were considered and incorporated into the final Comprehensive Plan.
