Ethics Code Review Advisory Committee

The Ethics Code Advisory Review Committee consists of five members, which includes one Commissioner, one Ethics Board Member and three public members, who are tasked to review Chapter 22 and make recommendations to the Town Commission. 

The Ethics Code Advisory Review Committee shall be advised by the Town Attorney and meets on an as-needed basis. 

Their purpose is to review Chapter 22, the Code of Ethics, in the St. Michaels Town Code for outdated and inconsistent material with the State Statutes.

Unless notice is given of an alternative venue, all meetings will be held at the Boy Scout Cabin, located at 407 St. Mary’s Square.
