Request for Proposals (RFP) for Engagement, Capacity Building and Stormwater Improvements for Neighborhoods in St. Michaels & the Lower Choptank Watershed: Engineering Design Services RFP for the Town of St. Michaels
INVITATION TO BIDDERS
The Town of St. Michaels is seeking proposals from qualified professional engineering firms to design and permit the Project in the Chester Park and North Street neighborhood to improve the drainage and stormwater conveyance along the roadways and restoration practices to address stormwater flooding and improve water quality on residential properties and other community areas. The scope of work is defined within the RFP.

Submission Date:
Sealed proposals are due on or before February 4, 2026, by 2:00pm. All bids must be in a sealed envelope, clearly marked “Confidential: Engagement, Capacity Building and Stormwater Improvements for Neighborhoods in St. Michaels & the Lower Choptank Watershed: Engineering Design Services RFP”. Failure to provide any of the listed items contained within the RFP may result in elimination for consideration. The proposal may be hand delivered or mailed to the Town of St. Michaels, 201 Boundary Lane, PO Box 206, St. Michaels, Maryland 21663. Any proposals received after that time will not be accepted. Opening of proposals will commence on February 4, 2026 at 2:00pm in the St. Michaels Town Office, located at 201 Boundary Lane, St. Michaels, Maryland.
